Group Coaching

What Is Group Coaching?

Group Coaching is an opportunity to be with other mothers to share ideas, learn new tools and get support. It is a participatory experience where mothers realize they are not alone in some of the challenges of parenting.

It is a context where participants can learn from one another as well as offer some positive tools from their own parenting successes, and ideally where the wisdom of the whole group can come forward.

Being with others who are also working on similar struggles can normalize the issues we think are unique to us and motivate us to make positive changes.

Group Coaching is open to women who desire support in their parenting and who may want to find other women with a similar situation whom they can contact for additional support outside of the group calls.

Group coaching is an affordable way to get quality support, connect with other women who share the same questions and concerns, and learn new parenting skills. Maximum participants per group is 15 women.

How it Works

Group Coaching calls happen once a week and go for a period of weeks, focusing on a particular topic each week. There will be a time for participants to share parenting struggles or experiences related to that topic and request support.

Toward the end of most calls there will be a guided meditation to support and deepen our work together.
